Ceremony Registration Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Refunds for ceremony registration fees are available on the following basis:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the ceremony: full refund
- Cancellation 3–7 days before the ceremony: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the ceremony: no refund

Donation Refunds
Donations to our centre are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support ongoing operations and programmes.
Exceptions may be made in cases of:
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Unauthorised transactions reported within 30 days
Please contact us promptly if you believe an error has occurred.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [Admin: insert refund contact email] with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at registration
- The ceremony name and date
- The reason for cancellation
- The transaction reference number (found in your confirmation email)
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For PayPal transactions, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
