Teachings
Dharma for all stages of practice.
Daily Practice
Our centre maintains a schedule of daily group practice sessions open to all. Morning and evening sessions follow traditional Drikung Kagyu liturgies, including Medicine Buddha puja, Chenrezig practice, and Guru Yoga. These sessions provide a stable foundation for personal practice and cultivate the merit of the community.
Newcomers are welcome to observe and gradually join as they become more familiar with the practices. Ritual texts are available in both English and Traditional Chinese.
Ceremonies & Pujas
Throughout the year we observe the major festivals of the Tibetan Buddhist calendar, hosting large community pujas, fire offerings (Jinsek), and Tsok gatherings. These ceremonies accumulate merit for all participants and support beings in the bardos.
Specific pujas are offered for the benefit of the deceased, for healing, and for the removal of obstacles. Please visit /ceremonies to view our current schedule and register for upcoming events.
Retreats
We periodically offer residential and non-residential retreats ranging from weekend introductions to month-long intensive programmes. Retreats are led by qualified teachers from within our lineage and may focus on Mahamudra, the Six Yogas, Dzogchen, or foundational practices (Ngöndro).
Retreat spaces are limited. Please contact us or check the website for upcoming retreat dates, prerequisites, and registration.
